4. Placing an order and shopping cart

4.2 The Customer may change the quantity of the Contents in its shopping cart for Pay-Per-View contents. In the shopping cart, the Customer can also select contents and services that are related to the Contents.

4.3 Order confirmation should be declared by clicking on the ‘Proceed to Checkout’ button and the Customer will be directed to the payment page.

4.4 The Customer is also welcome to register membership or subscription of The operating company.

4.5 In order to confirm the order and finalize the purchase, payment should be made via credit card or prepaid points. The Customer declares to be very careful in placing its order, as this is very critical for the quick and uninterrupted transfer of the ordered contents.

4.6 A Sales Agreement is considered concluded from the completion of the settlement process of The operating company, according to the confirmation of the order. The operating company shall not process order confirmations that have not been paid in full.

4.7 When you use a credit card for online payment, the name of the payment service company with which our store is affiliated may appear in the "Name of merchant" column of your credit card statement. Alternatively, instead of the name of the payment agency, it may appear as "FPPV.net" .

 

5. Payment for the Contents

 

5.1 The Customer can pay for the paid services by using a credit card or prepaid points.

5.2 After the payment, the Website will send The Customer an Order Receipt. Customers can find their invoice on their account page.

5.3 All the personal data disclosed in the course of visiting The operating company Website and making purchases shall be treated as confidential information. The encrypted data communications line with banks ensures the security of the personal data and bank account information of the Customer. The representatives of The operating company do not have any access to the respective encrypted data.

 

6. Prepaid Points

 

6.1 FPPV Points are prepaid points issued by the operating company that can be purchased using credit cards or electronic money and used on this website.

6.2 The validity period of prepaid points is 180 days from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, any unused points will become invalid and will not be refunded.

6.3 Points are generally valued at 1 yen per point and can only be used on this webpage or within services provided by the operating company. When purchasing prepaid points, system usage fees and fees from payment processing companies may be added.

6.4 Customers can check their remaining points and their expiration date on this website at any time.

6.5 Points cannot be refunded, reimbursed, converted to cash, or reissued for any reason after payment. 7. Delivery and handover of contents

 

7.1 The Contents will be available for the Client at the URL after the purchase is finalized. Clients can find their purchased Content also from their purchased history.

7.2 The Customers should make sure that the contact data is correct in order to prevent delays and misunderstandings in the transfer of the Contents. The operating company does not assume any liability for the misunderstandings if these have been caused by the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the data that The Customer submitted during placing The Customer´s order.

7.3 If Customer does not receive the content, appropriate notification should be sent by e-mail

 

8. Right of withdrawal

 

8.1 The right of withdrawal shall not apply to the contracts which object is the transfer of such digital content, which is not delivered on a tangible medium.

8.2 If the transfer of the Content has begun with the prior expressed consent, the right of withdrawal expires immediately after the contractual performance of the bought Content has begun. The Customer should express its consent as a waiver of their right of withdrawal in the Website.

8.3 If the Client has not yet given the Consent for transferring a digital content and would like to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify The operating company of their decision to withdraw from the Sales Contract in a written application and send it by e-mail.

9.Cancellation and Return/Refund Policy

 

9.1. Order Cancellation:

Once an order for a digital product has been processed and delivered, it cannot be canceled. We encourage customers to review their purchase thoroughly before completing the transaction.

11.6 The operating company will not reimburse the Customer for not using the opportunities due to changed transfer conditions of Content, prices or other terms, within these Terms and Conditions.

11.7 The Customer has the right to submit complaints about non-compliant (defective) Contents to The operating company within two (2) years from the date of handover (transfer). The complaint must be submitted immediately, but not later than within two (2) months from the discovery of lack of Content. Upon detecting a defect, the Customer must take reasonable measures to preserve and protect the Content, including not using defective Content if it would further worsen the condition of the Content.

11.8 If the Content does not comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Contract, the Customer may use legal remedies provided by law, including requesting the repair or replacement of the Content or withdrawing from the Sales Contract and returning the corresponding Content.

11.9 The operating company is not responsible for: deterioration/damage to the Contents due to the Customer’s fault.

11.10 If the Content has been guaranteed by The operating company or the Merchant by warranty, the Customer will be provided with the written warranty conditions together with the Content and/or made available electronically on the Website.

11.11 In order to solve any subsequent problems, the Customer must keep the purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.) confirming the purchase of the Content from The operating company Website. The operating company has the right not to solve the problem if there is no purchase document.
